Abigail is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student currently completing her internship at Greenwich Counseling.

Abigail is dedicated to providing a safe, empathetic, and supportive space where clients feel heard and understood. She values cultural humility and is committed to honoring each individual’s unique background and identity while supporting them on their personal journey toward growth and well-being.

Therapeutic Approach: Abigail strives to create a warm, open, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. She takes a client-centered approach, focusing on building a strong therapeutic relationship as the foundation for trust, growth, and healing. Her work is collaborative and draws from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

Abigail believes that therapy should be both supportive and empowering, encouraging growth that feels realistic and meaningful. She works alongside clients to explore their experiences, build practical coping skills, and help them feel more confident and prepared to navigate life’s challenges
